How long does it usually take you guys to fall asleep at night? What are some tips and / or tricks that you have to help you fall asleep faster

Depends if I've been working all day or not but usually about 45 mins sometimes longer hbu?

I let the muscle relaxers do it for me because my currently inch-away-from-rupturing disk is like "nah bro," so once I take those which is around 4am, they really set in around 5 and I drift off lol

usually takes me a good 10 minutes. Given I go to bed very late most days.

I usually like to take Melatonin helps me a lot
And i just close my eyes and think of stuff

I usually hit the pillow and pass out, never takes more than 10 minutes tbh

Usually about 2-3 hours after work. I like to lay down, watch one of my fav tv shows, smoke and then cuddle. Once I hit th stage of cuddling, I'm knocked out.

Maybe 10-15 minutes for me. It's pretty easy for me to go to sleep and stay asleep. But my days are also very busy and I workout hard everyday so that makes it easier to fall asleep.
