I feel like I check my phone every couple minutes when I'm not busy lol but if I'm working or something I'll just throw on some music and keep going at the job because I like to get shit done once I get started.

I would say a good 3-4 hours on a good day. Sometimes I'm bad with it and I honestly can stay on my phone for hours on end.

Constantly. Way too much for my own good. I'm trying to start to limit myself because It doesn't matter where I go, I'll have to check it. On top of that me and my girlfriend communicate frequently even when both of us are working.
