So I wanted to return a TV but I couldn't get to the drop off point so I phoned Amazon and they said make my own delivery pickup and they'll refund me the shipping cost.. which they did.
But now the delivery company said it's delivered last Thursday and Amazon are saying they haven't had it and they'll process it once it arrives and they won't give me any other answer than that. I'm getting so annoyed and anxious that the TV is just lost.. no where to be found. |

| Just had an incident like that. TV arrived broken and sent it for pick up from UPS. Picked it up next business day and took over 2 weeks to send refund. Called and called and finally said that it arrived at the warehouse. Finally got it dealt with. |
