From the Paper dev -
Progress towards 1.14 is continuing at a steady pace. Lots of work remains and lots of polish, fixing, and cleanups remain. Most servers should wait for 1.14.1 before touching anything anyway. Am keeping a close eye on the progress so as soon as a stable release is available, we'll be jumping on it. |

When the ban expired the server would still think they're in the game and they couldn't rejoin, giving them that error. |
