Its probably how you're exporting it. Assuming you're exporting a photoshop file I could shoot you some tips to hopefully raise the quality quick.

Nah man, I make everything on mobile lol. Before I added another layer it was smooth but when I added one more it went all grainy

Dont have experience with whatever youre using, but I know the more you make edits and stuff the harder its going to be to render the animation. It may even be having trouble displaying the image in hd quality because of its size limits.

If you can, I would try simplifying some of the textures or removing some of the "effects" and see if it renders smoother
