I tried looking it up but it says it can only be given to you.
can you not buy and or grind out rep? Sorry if i seem like a noob just trying to learn the ropes. |

If you go to your profile and go through the menu options below your profile picture and everything, there's an option titled Reputation. It explains all you really need to know about it.
But basically people can give you rep, or you earn it by posting. I currently need 21 posts to get to my next reputation point, 20 after I make this reply. Pretty simple bro Hope I helped you out a little! |

Come to the shoutbox. When gold if gifted on the site, rep is given to everyone in the shoutbox.
Wanna buy some rep? You can do that now. Just gift people while you're in the shoutbox. If you're active and people remember you, chances are they will give you rep as well. If you post a lot, you get rep as well. Every 30(?) posts, you get one rep, so being active on the forums and news article will yield you rep! If you help people out, post giveaways on the forums, and be friendly... people will give you rep, here is a little bit from me. To me, rep on the site basically showed off the most active members, whether it be in here or be on the forum, it was like the cool guys of the site, the ones young me aspired to get to eventually, like @r00t I'll use you for example |
