I have trained some folks where I work but I usually have to do it by showing and not by words.

I always train staff in work, always areas where people need help on and I'll be willing to guide them and show them how to do things.

Yeah I work in an office space at my job and have lots of people come through to learn the basics, I am glad I get the opportunity to teach others some stuff they might not know.

Where I work, usually the supervisors train people. There were times though, that it was way too busy at work and we had a new guy come in, it was either my friend or I that would train them as we knew the sort chart like the back of our hands. It was fun, since we have someone to talk to and it makes the job a little easier having an extra person help ya out. Trying to get a promotion and they have talked about it, but I don't know if I am getting it.

I work at a UPS, sorting boxes all day sooo... :/

Not anymore, I am now a VP at my job so finally I don't have to deal with any of people that come and go all the time

At my old job there were different departments, as a general assistant you went in all of them, but I was mainly in the same one. I wasn't made the Head of the department but rather someone who came a day after me, she was terrible and I had to train her to do her job lol.

Once she left, I was training everyone when there was time because I was always stuck in there by myself so I was teaching people who have been working there for years.
