tfue deserves to win the case, faze clan has always been scummy and aholes wanting to take 80% of what he makes is a god damn joke 20% is nothing when the stupid idiots in the crappiest clan that ruined cod with dancing takes practically all of tfues money.

if the contract states fazes takes 80% well tfue lost and didnt read the contract but hey they should of told him instead of that bs, either way faze are about of childish losers, and stingy, 50/50 ok but 80/20 not ok

If I'm being honest, Ive heard a lot about this lately and I figured putting my two cents in now would be too early and too prejudice. However, It does seem like FaZe have been very mob mentality towards tfue but then again it could just be the clan defending these claims which I dont doubt it is. Either way both FaZe and tfue are still raking in way more than they can care about xD

You haven't read into it at all then. The contract states that FaZe can take 20% of his earnings, but they never actually did. They have the right to take 80% of earnings from deals they bring to him, which has added up to about $60k. That is nothing compared to what he makes streaming and on YouTube.

This is true but the money they can take from is ONLY from brand deals. Nothing else that he earns.

Honestly, from what I can gather from this - Faze CAN take some of his earnings but they haven't except for just a small amount, compared to everything they could have.

Now Tfue thinks he has some sort of legal option to sue faze because he didn't read the contract that he signed. I never really watched tfue but I thought he was decent but this is just stupid. Who doesn't read a contract and then tries to sue for what's in THAT contract?

First he is suing because the company is not acting in his best interest and is denying profitable sponsors. That is like a HUGE reason to sue a company.. Regardless of his feelings for the people and friends he has when they arent acting in your best interest thats when you draw the line. Plus the fact that they withheld money that he is owed from winning tournaments and from sponsorships. Plus the time when he signed that contract was when he was shit nothing. He had no idea what he was signing even if someone told him that because at that time you can guarantee his emotions were taking over because its a big thing.

100% a good reason to sue for a shitty contract and a messed up company.

I haven't seen anywhere about any of this denying sponsorship and withholding money etc but regardless, he has literally 0 ground to stand on in regards of the contract. He signed it without reading it. That's no one else's fault. Emotions or not. But I've looked into it some more and it looks like it was offered multiple new contracts ranging from bonuses from 0% to Faze and even a $1,000,000 bonus which is crazy and he denied it. Some other stuff I've seen is that he wants to just get out of the contract to start his own org.

But the signing the contract part? Nothing he can do about that. That's on him.

Yes, him signing the contract is his fault which I agree with but the whole thing will become void because of the fact they breached the contract by not paying him money. You can read the actual lawsuit to find out about the parts where they denied his sponsorship on HyperX its in there for fact. Plus the new contract regardless of the extra mil he can get that anywhere.... He is currently one of the biggest on twitch hands down... Any org would love to take him in for the publicity. If you read past the first few pages of the actual lawsuit you will see what I am talking about. the first few things are trivial other than them not being a talent agency. Faze is almost guaranteed to get shut down if they dont get past one of those allegations.

I'm with tfue, if he feels he's not getting what he deserves he should speak up. I wanna see how this plays out because I think the situation is bigger than what we think..

I'm with Tfue here, he said he wanted out of the contract, which I believe. Banks also on twitter said "@TTfue like I said for us this was never about money." when they offered Tfue one million per year, with 0% splits and all he had to do was rep FaZe Clan. That was one of the multiple contracts he received to negotiate with FaZe and he declined them all. If that doesn't say that he wants out, and yes I know you can't just walk away from a contract that holds you for 3 years unless something like this happens. Which was the case a lot of people were saying, as Tfue could not end the contract the only way to get out of it was to sue FaZe. That is what I read on it and I just feel Tfue going solo now would be in the best. He would of overtime got bigger, if he was not in FaZe but FaZe just helped him get that quick spark by putting him in Fortnite Fridays and showing how good he was at the start. \_()_/
