What is the magical number of sleep hours you need to feel refreshing.
Like some people can do 7 or 6 and be just fine. For me being really active at work and working nights I sleep about 8 to 9 hours. I at least like to have 8 or 7 minimum to feel refreshed. |

this isnt healthy but ive function pretty well off of 3 hours
4 hours idk why but i dont function at my top level 5 hours is perfect |

I have had 4 hours sleep and I am currently 6 hours in to my 12 hour shift and I feel completely fine.
I've done 12 hour shifts on 2 hours sleep before.... Definitely not healthy but yeah. |

| My sleeping schedule has always been the worst, even as a kid because I grew up with Insomnia and then later in life, my sleeping habit became really screwed up where it hasn't recovered from pills and then alcohol abuse. Like there's times I can sleep 12+ hours a day no problem and I'll still wake up tired and other days, I'll get like 2-3 hours of sleep and I'm not missing a beat at all with things. That's mostly been my current schedule, getting very unhealthy amounts of low sleep, it's gotten to the point that a few people in Discord have basically said "You can message Yuri at any time of the day, and he'll respond" and it's true, I'll either sleep a few hours at once or it'll be power naps combined together lol |

| I usually get 6 hrs of sleep every night, but I can function fine with 4 hrs of sleep. My dream is to get a nice 8-10 hr sleep but that won't happen. :c |
