| I am trying to get into Nvidia Control Panel but whenever i right click while on desktop i just get the loading symbol mouse... This only happens on desktop, i can right click fine everywhere else. |

| If you haven't tried already, try seeing if you can uninstall the NVIDIA control panel (Likely will have to uninstall GeForce Experience to do that) and then reinstall the latest version. |

Sounds like something may be stuck loading.
As deano said I would uninstall it then go back to reinstall it and make sure everything is up to date! |
