CPU: i5 7600k with Cryorig H7 cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte H110M-A-CF
RAM: 1x 8GB DDR4
GPU: GTX 980
EVGA 600W PSU

Just wanting to know how much this PC would be worth. Nothing has been OC'd.

I would say around $500 (384 pounds) max. The i5 7600k is a great CPU and the Cryorig H7 is a high end cooler. The motherboard seems to be on the cheaper side and you would probably want to add another 8GB stick of RAM. The GTX 980 should handle newer games with the fps around 60. In conclusion, it depends on the condition of the parts and how much they were used.

Rough estimates -

CPU - £150
GPU - £100/ £150
Mobo - £50
RAM - £25
PSU - £20

To the right buyer, you could sell this as a starter gaming PC for £500 simply because people are not willing to put it together.

For the more technical weary, you'd be looking at £350-£450

Maybe holding on to it, that's what I'd do.

i5-7600k = I'd say £100ish, but some people are still paying silly money for 7th gen Intel, especially on eBay. Personally, I wouldn't pay more than 80 quid for one since you can get R5 1600's for ~£80 easily, but CeX still pay £87 cash for a 7600k. Not sure you'll get quite as much as £150 for it, since you can get a brand new i5-8400/9400f for not much more, or an R5 2600 for less.

8GB DDR4 = £25ish sounds about right, it's really easy to get a good new kit of 8GB DDR4 under £40 these days.

Mobo = £25ish, maybe 30 quid at a push. You might be hard pressed to sell the CPU+Mobo together, will probably be easier to sell them separately.

Cooler = £20

PSU = depends on which specific model. Is it one of the Bronze rated units, or is it just 80+? £20 sounds about right though, maybe an extra fiver or so if it's 80+ Bronze rated. Maybe a fiver less if it's just 80+ and is well used.

GTX 980 = £100-110ish. Easy to find 6GB 1060s for £120-130, so about £110 if it's one of the higher end 980s, like a Gigabyte Windforce or EVGA FTW. Minus a tenner or so if it's one of the lower end, more basic coolers.
