Hi, as I'm in the UK - i want a pc imminently and not have to wait months and months to save up for parts etc so I seen I can get a PC on finance on pcspecialist.. but I have 0 idea as to what I'm doing or needing.

I want to play games such as Fortnite, WoW, Apex, Borderlands and I also need a monitor. My budget would be about 800-1000. Keep as low if possible but if some parts are worth that little bit extra and are much better than the cheaper products then add them in.

What is your budget and currency? £1000 GBP
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? Yes
What will you use the PC for? Gaming as stated above and occasionally browsing.

For a monitor, do you prefer more hz or a higher resolution? Also, you can get a cheap Windows 10 key off of Kinguin or Ebay if you find a reliable seller.

I would advise against buying a PC on finance- or building a PC with parts you buy on finance. You'd definitely be better off just saving whatever money you can, and then using that to build a PC. Even if you only end up with £500 or so to build a system at first.

If you're adamant on buying a PC on finance though, then look at Scan. AFAIK, you should be able to add all the parts for a system to your basket and finance the whole thing, or Scan do sell pre-builts that are configurable, and they do finance on those.

I would advise against finance because the percentages can be so silly and you could end up paying a lot more for the parts than what they are worth... On the other hand you could look at some pre built systems on SCAN or ADMI are a good company and if you of age and have good enough credit you could get a loan from the bank which will more than likely have lower percentages overall and you will end up paying less in the long run or paying a more fair price for a better system.

Hope that helps
