i have a console banned xbox 360 if i get a jtag or rgh on it can i get it unbanned?

As Vapes said yes it is possible for you to get your console unbanned, If your console is newer and on the newest update(s) it would be a RGH. If you get it modified you just take the old KeyVault and replace it with a new one. It wont unban any of your accounts that were banned on the console though.
