I'm interested in starting to host boosting lobbies. Is there a mod or some type of modded controller that will move my bots so they don't get kicked? Or do I have to manually move them?

Use rubber bands to tie the analogue sticks together.

Just make sure the bots jump shot reload tape would work if u get it to work correctly

I know that some of the Stickies above use scripts from usbs which they make the bots shoot jump move etc maybe message one of those guys for more info
