| Hey guys so like an month ago my Xbox account was hacked and I was freaking out at first but if you guys know anything about the "Account Recovery Form" it basically let's you reset the password once you give all the information pertaining to your account for ex- old passwords , emails , credit cards used to purchase items , etc. So I submitted a lot of those and I got back in every time but it's a waste of time because the hacker has their number on the account for security. I called Microsoft multiple times and they tell me I need the console ID but the only problem is that I recently sold my Xbox and the only person that has my account on their Xbox is a friend of mine . It's no possible way for me to call GameStop and get the console ID that's ridiculous lol .... but I guess I'll neverget that account back even though it's mine smh. |

You could always try and call Microsoft Support, or even get in contact with Support Agents themselfs and try and explain, it's doubtful that you'll get it back, but it's always worth a try if you can give them the information they need, although Console ID is a huge part of this so unless you've logged into another xbox account on that xbox, or you've logged in on your account on someone elses xbox, then you will see under your devices that you can find the Console Serial Number, this could help.
Everytime an account is logged into the xbox, it'll show on the profile. so if your friend logged into your xbox if you game shared or something, you can find the Serial Number |
