| Hey guys I'm just wondering if this means I'm getting the job or not .... or maybe I'm just overthinking things right now . So I recently had an interview and they made me fill out I-9 forms , drug test , W4 forms and all . & they told me I will get a call Monday once my background comes back . But they email me today saying to call the "Applicant Availability Line" Monday and I was wondering what that could mean . |

I'm guessing what times and days you could work or want to work but I am probably 100% wrong just going off a limb.

| If they said there waiting on the background then you got the job If your background checks out good. Most jobs wouldn't go to the background step unless they are thinking about hiring you because most of the time its process takes a while. Most likely you got the job man. |

| Your chances of getting the job are looking pretty good, they would have themselves spend money to have you take a drug test. Also the background takes time, but it's looking good for you. |
