System reserved should only be like 100MB, didn't even notice the whole 2TB was system reserved there.

Okay, so since it's not working in Disk Management, you're going to need to do it in the Windows 10 setup/installer. I think you should be able to access it if you just hold Shift, and restart your PC but the Win10 boot menu is a nightmare to navigate sometimes, so you might just want to download the Win10 ISO from Microsoft(if you don't already have one) and just launch the installer/setup that way.

Once you do this, select custom install and you'll come to the page that looks like this;

Don't touch your SSD obviously, you want to leave that be with your OS and everything. Just delete the 2TB HDD partition. Once you've done that, format the 5TB of unallocated space. Then you can close the setup, boot back in to Windows and partition the now formatted 5TB in Disk Management.. hopefully.

Remember to partition as GPT. You could also partition the drive in the Windows 10 setup, but that might just default to MBR, which you don't want.

thanks guys, i got it fixed! I now have access to the whole hard drive. I ended up taking the pc to a micro center(because I paid them to do the cable management). I could have done the cable management myself but they would do a much better job, and it gave me an option to pay them 50.00 for some kind of insurance on my pc so that for the next 2 years if anything goes wrong, they'll diagnose and fix it for free.

I'm not sure how they did it but they changed a setting in disk management and i was able to use the whole 5tbs. Ya'all didn't give me bad instructions. I was just too much of a noob to understand it haha. I learned a lot between you and the guys at microcenter and I'll be able to do this myself in the future when/if i need to install an extra HDD.
