Are the servers down on xbox one tried 3 times can not get online at all???

Yes, xbox servers are currently down eg > entire Xbox Live.

I think a lot of people are having issues with Xbox LIVE right now.

Apparently there was an update for xbox and now the consoles aren't working properly.

The Xbox Guide is currently down. In order for you to actually play any of your game you need to disconnect your Xbox from live either by unplugging from your router if your are hard-lined or if your wireless you will need turn off your router / wireless on your router and go into settings on the Xbox and go into offline mode. Unfortunately if you game share you won't be able to play any of the games you own.

support.xbox.com is currently down too so no telling when or what is causing the issue with the guide.

Easy fix Let Me Know If It Works For You Hold Down the Power Button on Xbox Until it Cuts Off then wait 5 Seconds Then Sign in
