Like petite said get a new launch.ini file and put it on a usb and load from the usb not the HDD

Power off the Xbox then turn on by pressing the the power button and disc eject button at the same try then hopefully it should allow you to remove the plug ins, then reboot.

have you watched the video? its the screen flashing, its not the HDMI because i use it with my PC the screen wont stop flashing when i bypass the plugins

if you downloaded a dash update through xbox that wasn't an avatar update i believe you bricked the console and you need to reflash the nand

Have you tried a clean Launch.ini file? If that doesn't work, then I believe AntidoteModz might be right about your console being bricked. I don't know 100% but hopefully some more expert members come to your rescue.
