| So put my phone on charge yesterday and since then its been in a constant reboot loop. I cant get by the apple logo and the one time i did i managed to get it on with itunes open and restore to factory default and still happening. |

Try entering DFU mode by following steps at link

| Press and hold the Power and Home simultaneously for 10 seconds (or until the screen goes black). Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Keep holding the Volume Up button until it passes the Apple logo. |

Tried this already buddy aswell still no use, thanks anyway just phoned insurance company theyll send me out a new one on monday. |
