I downloaded one of the saves off this site but I can't find the save location for witcher 3 wild hunt.

It won't be in there it'll be in your user directory.

X being your drive and Username being your user profile

That's.... weird. Just do a complete search of your C: drive for "ManualSave" (That's the name of TW3 gamesave)

Go into steam. Go to your library and right click on the game. In the menu that pops up there will be an option to open file location.

Your Documents folder should have a sub directory called The Witcher 3.

The above image was taken from inside the My Games folder which explains why it's not there.
