First day back in the gym lads, also this was my first edit so excuse the mistakes lol. Hopefully, my next edit will be a lot better. I'm going to be posting a new video every week on a Wednesday night, so be sure to keep a lookout. On the bench, I'm throwing up 7 reps of 60kg, for 5 sets. In a few months, I wanna get throwing up at least 1 rep of 100kg. Hope you guys enjoy my video.
