For starters, the cutscene that has been posted that's the intro is unfinished. There is missing dialogue during some of the parts where only the background music plays. That is besides the point. I have managed to glitch my version of the game and get access to Dead of the night in online private match yesterday evening (AEDT). Myself and a few others also used a homebrew technique to discover the steps for the EE (not going to post them as I don't want the zombies community to lose it). In the outro cutscene our characters stand in the ruins of the mansion, badly damaged from the boss fight. They then confront the cult leader about where Allister is being held. Godfrey then turns on the other three characters and attempts to kill them. He kills the Madame Mirela and The Brigadier, however Gideon Jones is rescued by Scarlet Rhodes in a model-T and the two escape. Bruno then emerges from the wreckage. Godfrey then explains that Gideon knows about the movement of the artifact to New York and must be dealt with. Bruno then explains he has another plan in mind. Camera then focuses on Bruno holding up four tickets to the titanic. The cutscene then ends.
After completing the EE we discovered several phonographs around voyage of despair that reveal audio messages that iron out some of the story that takes place between Dead of the Night and Voyage of Despair. After Dead of the Night, Gideon Jones contacts the rest of the chaos crew about the artifact being on the Titanic and orchestrates the heist with them. Bruno then contacts Gideon (as he does not know Bruno is a cult member) and offers to help with the heist because of his Brawn. He also offers up the tickets to the titanic so the chaos crew wouldn't have to sneak on board. The catch is that he goes in Gideon's place (that way Bruno can foil the heist). This leads us to the titanic and how Bruno is eventually planning to betray the group. My guess is that Gideon Jones will take his place in the chaos crew after the betrayal. Proof of all of this will be posted in the coming days. Took all night to figure this out and wanted to share before the map went live! ALSO: Richtofen is in the map. Doesn't make much sense but theory is the Chaos story is a fracture like the Shadows Universe. Remember when Blundell said BO3 was a new story with a new crew for shadows of evil? Chaos is simply a side storyline within the main storyline. Won't say more on that. |
