What do you guys do to keep yourself motivated on whatever that may be?

My biggest flaw is that I lose motivation so fast, I will feel completely motivated to 'change my life' so like eat healthy, complete all my work etc basically be more productive. Then the next day I completely go back to the way I was, it's a constant cycle of the same thing, pretty much everyday.

So how do you guys keep yourself motivated and what are you 'passionate' about?

I love this topic because this is something I try to put on everyone. You only get one life, you want to make the best out of it. You don't want to be older regretting things you should've started doing when you were younger. For example, eating healthy. If it was easy, everyone would do it. Why not strive for greatness? You only get one chance, so why wait? There's no reason putting things off because then they'll never get done and you'll only disappoint yourself. Be the best you can be all the time. You never know what could happen! Sorry for the rant, I just love stuff like this.

get someone with a big stick to slap you about when you go off track. its fine to lose motivation i do it all the time but if you can ahve a goal or a partner doing the same kinda stuff it pushes you to be better and work harder i lost 4 stone because I had a few people on here telling me if I dont i will end up dying young. find your enabler to make you a better person.

Try hard, Work hard, Feel good

Congrats on the weight loss. I was on a diet just after the start of this year and I also lost about 4 stone and it felt absolutely amazing, I was not eating bad food I actually felt internally clean (idk) It was great and too be honest it started as a routine but developed into a lifestyle however, after going on holiday and 'enjoying' myself when I got back I just slowly lost all my motivation and will power. Infact of the roughly 4 stone I lost, I have almost put half of it back on.
I was always a fat prick even when I was a lot younger, I was known for being fat. However, one of the best feelings in the world is when people notice you've changed for the better, when I lost my first stone people would tell me that they noticed a lot of things and I looked 'skinnier' it was so good feeling that way even people at my school who had no clue I was on a diet were saying I looked a lot healthier and skinnier.
Tbf, I think thats what motivated me more to keep losing weight.

Again, congrats mate 4 stone is a shit tone of weight. <3

I'm literally screenshotting this so I can read it when I lose motivation. The way you worded that right there gave me a boost of adrenaline even at 00:35. Thank you so much <3

No matter what you do with your time it will pass at the same rate - why not spend it creating something truly outstanding.

I think the biggest thing for me is, once I see that I am improving and I know I can do a lot more with myself, it keeps pushing me. Seeing what I have already done to my body and knowing I can make it even better is what gets me to workout everyday, whether it be at the gym or soccer. It take a little time to notice changes in yourself though so you have to be super patient and not give up, it all starts with a healthy diet so you are already thinking right. I hope you stay on your path because the fitness journey is the best one I've ever taken.

For some reason, sexual transmutation (Nofap) gives me motivation and drive to do things probably because its said to upregulate dopamine receptors in the brain. Also, watch this video I just stumbled upon about 30 minutes ago.
