Weapon Prestige glitch | Keep all current attachments on gunPosted:

Was informed by a friend about this method and it works 100% as of October 26th, 2018

1. Make sure you have a Gun you can Prestige

2. Apply on the attachments you want to keep on your gun

3. Go to Custom Games and find the weapon that you chose and Prestige it.

4. Go back into Multiplayer and you should have it.

Note: This does not keep all the attachments you have earned, just the ones you have equipped on the gun when you prestige it in custom games.

Edit: Please post below if this does or does not work for you. Since these are very simple steps, if it doesn't work it is most likely patched. Be aware of patch notes when the new updates come out. I will try and test this every day.

Can confirm it works. Tried it on my ICR with 5 attachments. Still have them all unlocked.

I can confirm it works, just prestiged all my weapons and kept the attachments.

Just did it on PS4 and can confirm it still works.

Crazy that a glitch like this is still possible. I remember doing this same thing way back in BO2

Glad to see it worked for you guys. I'll be posting an online custom game glitch that counts as real xp soon enough. My friends and I were up for hours and have come close without having to touch our routers or anything extravagant like that.
