Win 10 Pro is not a server OS. What are you trying to do here? AD domain? App server? File storage?

It's more like a File storage, its saves copy of every document from another 5 PCs

If that is the case you are definitely going to want more than a 500gb SSD and a 1TB HDD. Not to mention all of these parts are outdated and overpriced. Also Windows 10 pro is not good for a server. You might want to look into actually assembling something yourself and using FreeNAS as the OS.

The desktops are also outdated and a much better system can be had by looking online.

If you provide a budget for both Server and PC we will be more than willing to find you a better deal on a prebuilt or assemble a list of parts for you to assemble.

Thank you for the replay.
I really don't know about the budget, maybe 800 euro for a server and 500 euro for a pc.

I suggest a cheap NAS (network-attached storage). You can use a script with Task Scheduler to save copies of files from client machines to the network drive. If you only need basic file storage like this, you don't need a "server."

Here is the server. I personally use freenas. It doesn't really require that good of a CPU. Just a good amount of ram. 1GB of RAM for 1TB of storage space. I would recommend buying another HDD in the future for RAID / Redundancy purposes. I also do not know your country but Amazon DE ships to most of europe.

As for the desktop its closer to 600. Still so much better than the one you were quoted for. The i3 8350k is so much better than the i5 6400. The price will be closer to 500 depending on were you get your windows license, they can be had for cheap if you buy from the gray market.
