Need help with RGH

Hey guys. I am new to modding. My RGH just came in yesterday. I set up XeX Menu, Dash Launch, 360 Neighborhood, and bought stealth with XBOnline. I am trying to play MW2 with a different mod menu than the one XBOnline provides, but even when I turn MW2 Cheats off on XBOnline, the mod menu still comes up. Additionally, a lot of the features do not even work on the menu. The menu also only works when I am hosting a private match, not in a public match or others' private matches. Another problem I am running into is I consistently get signed off while playing and I get a message saying my account was last played on another console.
Can someone give me some tips on how to turn the XBOnline menu off, how to load my own menus, and how to stop getting disconnected?
I also don't have the actual game installed as I am running a disc. Could this be the problem? Thanks

In order to turn it off, you need to change it from " True " to " False " inside of their .ini file located in your HDD, you may have turned off the wrong thing and that would explain why it shill shows up.
What you're seeing is the " Off-Host " Menu this is a menu that provides aim bot and stuff you can use when you are not able to use your actual on host menu, this can be disabled in the .ini file though located where your Stealth Plugin was placed, hopefully /HDD
Edit: as you stated in a recent edit, you're running the game from a disc, this will not matter, although if you are wanting to use a patch that comes in the form of a .dll then you cannot, as this is a modified gamefile that allows you to do this, you'd need to install the game onto your HDD by burning it with FSD < FreeStyle Dash >
- Now if you're using a .xex based menu it really does not matter & you can use that perfectly fine disk or installed verison

This could be an issue where you swap KV or the server isn't pulling the KV on your HDD, or maybe it's using the KV on your actual console & swapping between, sometimes I've seen the message but it's nothing to worry about, you can ignore that, change your password if you wish, although it is 100% nothing to worry about.

Thank you for the help. I will try that now. Additionally, I am signed out now after about a minute. I can sign right back on and still function but I am just signed out again shortly later. Do you know what could be causing this?

If you are signed out and it tells you hey you've been signed in elsewhere, change your password.
- uhm, unless you're being disconnected from xbox live I am not sure wha tis happening bud

It does not say I am being signed in elsewhere. Most of the time it just says I am being disconnected from xbox live. Only some times when I am playing MW2 does it say I was last signed in on another console.
