My little brother upgraded to an Xbox one a while ago and he gave me his old Xbox 360.
I have always wanted to RGH a console myself and I wanted to know what I will need to do it.
Also, the Disk Drive is no longer in it as he broke it trying to get GTA V out but from what I've heard after I RGH I should be able to replace it, correct me if I'm wrong.
Its a Xbox 360 E (Corona as I have checked already).
I know there a lot of guides but I trust you guys more.
If anyone could maybe make a list of just the stuff I would need to do this as I have been watching videos on people RGHing their consoles and watching WeekendModders live streams.

After 2014 some models can not be rghed
Going to need a Acev3 chip.
Post out adaptor
May even need a CR4 chip depending on the motherboard
May need jr programmer
If it's a 4gb model then you will need a 4gb nand reader and usb to fit Sd card
As for the dvd druve it can be repaired but you will need special tools for that also
Unless you know your dvd key or you have the original dvd drive board.
90% of the sellers out there do not have the tools due to they are obsolete now days and 90% of the sellers do not have a clue how to fix dvd drives or add dvd drives correctly by flashing the firmware properly and building the nand properly for the dvd drive to work like it should
