Remove the hard drive also try to connect with Ethernet cable. Reason being it might have live time left. Where did you purchase it from?


i wouldnt know how to remove the hard drive tbh, its inside the console, it came from a site called microshack
Microsoft?? Remove the side cover and remove the hard drive.
