wullie13 wrote Firstly, hi im Wullie, keen retro gamer/collector, just joined here looking for help if possible.

i recently picked up a modded xbox 360s rgh with 2tb hard drive installed, when i hook it up to all 3 of my tv's i cant get no picture/signal to any tv, just a black screen, i have tried using hdmi lead, rca (red/white/yellow) lead also inc with a scart adaptor, nothing works.
It worked fine on the person i got it from using hdmi but not mine, it powers up ok, green light comes on.

if anyone has any suggestions please i would be very grateful indeed.

I had this Problem last week, Make sure that all Hard drives/ USB's are removed and remove your Ethernet cable if it's plugged in, When you go to boot up your console hold the power button down for 4 to 5 seconds then leave it. If that does not help i need to know if your using a TV or a Monitor because i hooked up my JTAG to my monitor by HDMI and it did not work for some reason so check your Display

Turn off the xbox and turn it on by pressing the Eject button to open the disk tray and does it boot into this weird menu with all words down side of your screen

Right the Xbox sounds Bricked to me or the HDMI input is Broken, if it wont boot into EXCEL that's not good because that could mean the Wiring could of come undone in the Xbox and it would need soldering back on or the Xbox has been Badly Flashed

Try Booting your Xbox up with your Xbox 360 Controller that could resolve the problem and wait 5 minutes
