Simple way to put it.

The game is constantly online, no matter if you go offline, as your progress is saved when you go online, the server is micro-managed by Microsoft, as you know are very strict about even thinking about touching their service.

So in other words, don't bother.

Yes you will get banned, and you can't actually be gifted the bus you need to ge tit yourself

The only way to get it is through dev build mod nothing else
