everyone knows when you play games you naturally f up your sleep schedule

Mehhh Ik a couple people that are "gamers" that have a decent sleeping schedule tbh

Mines messed up from work lol I get off of work at 12-12:30 then I can't go to sleep so when I go to sleep it's 4-5 then I don't wake up till 2

Currently working graveyard for the fraud department at a local bank. Usually wake up at around 5pm and go to sleep at 11am or so.

I go to sleep at around 12am and wake up at 3-4am, sometimes later.

I mainly go to bed around 3am or 4am and wake up at 8 am.

I generally go to bed by midnight and I wake up at 5:30 every morning for work.

Mine might have costed my job, I currently sleep at day and am awake at night... and everytime I fix it it ends up messed up again a few days later.

That blows man i only work after noon until about midnight so im glad mine doesn't affect work
