So I have some money on my PayPal that I want to put right into a steam gift card, are there any good sites that i can use?

G2A is reliable and it's honestly the only thing that comes to mind on what you're looking for.
Or maybe amazon or ebay

You can just purchase the money into your wallet on steam using the PayPal option when purchasing the money.
