I need help with finishing my pc build.

I spent some time doing research on what would fit my needs(mostly 1080p gaming, I guess other tasks such as office work would be a piece of cake with a 1080p gaming machine) and I could only come up with a gpu and a cpu because I don't understand the specifics of other parts such as the motherboard, the psu, etc.

I would like to have a GTX 1060 6GB and an AMD 2600. At the place from which I'm buying these,
they cost like 600$ together. Is it possible to finish the rest of the config with just 400$ without sacrificing too much or suffering bottlenecks? My budget is hard-capped at 1000$, so any suggestions for a full build from scratch(omitting the gtx/amd combo I suggested) is welcome as well. Although, I would really, really like to get those two.
I would also like to note that I would like to spend at least 2 years without a significant upgrade and to able to play new titles at good fps (that's why I chose the 6gb 1060, most youtubers say it'd last that long).

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a 1080p monitor already?
Do you need anything else within budget(keyboard, mouse, etc)?
Will you overclock?
What kind of games will you be playing?

I have a monitor. I don't need peripherals. I won't be overclocking. I play literally everything, though I guess I could say that I've spent most of my time on MOBAs and WoW.

Since you're just gaming and not overclocking, Ryzen is a bad idea. i5-8400 is a far better option. 8GB RX 580 for $280 is a steal so hop on that while you can. Otherwise, you're paying $300+ for a 6GB GTX 1060 which I'd argue is a worse choice GPU than the 580 at the same price. 1060 only makes sense when it's cheaper than the 580 IMO.

Where I'm from(buying from, due to lenient loan policies) the RX580 is 20-30$ more expensive, while the i5 is like 5-10 bucks cheaper. With that said, does this build make sense?

EDIT: I will upgrade RAM and SSD in the future, no more money rn.

I'm no computer expert but it's saying that your parts are not compatible

It says that some B350's might need a bios update, but the AM4 Tomahawk supports 2nd gen Ryzen chips, from what I read up.

Where are you buying from?

All B350 motherboards support 2nd gen Ryzen, but they all need to have the appropriate BIOS to support the new CPUs/APUs. Whether the motherboard you get has the compatible BIOS is totally random, unless you specifically ask wherver you purchase from to update the mobo to the latest stable BIOS for you.

Also, no, that build isn't particularly good. It isn't terrible, and would work(with the correct motherboard BIOS) but it could absolutely be improved.

I'm from Macedonia; buying from local stores.

How would you improve my build?
EDIT: I really like the Ryzen systems and I wouldn't like to part with the gtx1060 due to it being one of the GPUs that could do fine in the next couple of years with new(games) titles. I wouldn't want to upgrade for the next couple of years, apart from getting an SSD and perhaps another 8gb stick of RAM. What are the other alternatives? What would you do in this situation, in terms of improving, not losing value and keeping together a config that can hold its own for the foreseeable future?

Are there any websites you can buy from?
What is your budget in your currency(not USD)?

Intel is a better option for you than Ryzen since you don't intend on overclocking and are only really gaming at 1080p. If you're going to go with Ryzen, I'd probably just save some money, grab an R5 1400 and do a nice simple overclock.

For GPU, the 8GB RX 580 is arguably more 'future proof' than the GTX 1060, but don't buy a GPU based off what you expect/hope it's performance is like in a few years, buy what is best value for you currently, based on what you currently play. That said, I can guarantee you won't have problems with WoW or MOBAs with either GPU so some examples of more demanding games you play would help.

I can't really recommend anything until I at least know your budget/currency and somewhere you can buy components from. However, SSD first, HDD later. Always.
