Hey so I tried connecting my Rgh online I had all the correct dash launch settings and correct plugin and stealth settings oh unbanned and my rgh was plugged into my router and it wouldn't connect so I went in neighborhood and deleted all the hard drive files so I'm trying to rebuild my hard drive and preload it again does anyone know how I can do that or can someone copy their hard drive files and send it to me or help because I really wanna go online again

That was a bit of a silly move. Why did you wipe the harddrive? What made you think doing that would get you online?

Well I thought there could be a file on it that was keeping it from going online because I bought the hdd from a guy and it never would go online

You can build the hard drive thru your pc. You will need the correct hdd files for the size if your drive

It could just be the case of a DNS setting.
