Tsundere
A tsundere is a popular anime character type, and is probably the most well known. So basically, without getting too into it, I am wondering if you guys have a favorite tsundere?
I chose this character type because it's popular and not as weird as some of the other dere types lol.
Definition: The first and most well known of the deres is the tsundere. The "tsun" in tsundere comes from the Japanese word "tsuntsun" which means to be aloof or high and mighty. Thus, tsunderes are often stuck-up on the outside but loving on the inside. - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
This character type often acts in a manor that is harsh, mean, and tough. They will then switch and become friendly, cute, and in love. This character type often acts different in public, than in private. I think this is a good topic as it is one of the most widely used character types. They are pretty much always a part of romance anime, and can be in other genres as well. While I don't watch a ton of romance anime, I have seen enough to know a tsundere when I see.
I have listed a few of my favorites below.
