The only way to get the raise is to just ask.

Pitch to your boss about the salary and tell them the blatant facts.

You have a nice record, work ethic, etc. You've worked really hard to get where you are and need to see compensation that reflects those efforts.




I asked for a raise once and got it. Basically I said I had worked there for 2 years. I had other employees coming to me for help and I always helped them. I said that this was a new responsibility that I gained through both tenure and skill at my job and I needed a raise to reflect this.

I had a good relationship with my boss so they gave me a raise.


DO NOT write a letter like previously stated. This should all be face to face.
