| Do I believe it is possible? I mean with today's technology certainly. Do I think the government is doing it? Well I am sure they have tried it in small locations where it wont have a large effect on the population surrounding the test areas but I do not think they are doing it all the time deliberately. |

If they could change the weather in an instant, at any time, we'd have a much better climate IMO.

| I can say that yes i've seen videos about that but it's horrible but at the same time its cool, if you ever noticed area 51 is highly strict on anybody near the property as you can get a major fine for trespassing |
