Looks okay, but unless it serves a purpose, the lack of nav options is triggering.

As a web developer I can tell you people would not understand how to navigate this site.
I have a website that has one of those hamburgers for navigation.
When using a heat map tool, I noticed a lot of users left the page before using the navigation.
So I added redundant links and labeled the icons. The traffic increased by about 200%

I agree, i have had similar problems when creating clients websites, where as now i tend to create 2 with actually navigation "names" and one with the "Hamburger" for mobiles.
