By not getting involved in it in the first place. Leave that nonsense to children.

My job recently has been full of drama due to one specific worker who's been stealing sales, talking shit about others directly to the boss, even stealing money from the cash registers.

I keep it simple: if it doesn't have anything to do with me personally, I stay out of it. Even though she may talk badly about me as well, I ignore it. My co-workers want me to speak to my boss about it because if one more person complains, she may get fired but I really don't want it in my conscience that I ruined part of someone's life due to bullshit drama.

You'll run into shitty co-workers at every job and even if you do get someone fired, who's to say that the next person that comes in won't be just as shitty or even worse? Of course, you don't have to take any form of abuse of any kind from a co-worker; if you feel a worker is being abusive directly towards you, report it to your manager and don't confront them. Confronting them will only give them a reason to highten their abuse and can even get YOU fired instead of them.

Like Anhur said, you're there to make money; not make friends. If you make friends, good for you, but it's not mainly why you're there.

I would ignore them and do you, that has happened to me before people are always gonna do this you're there to make money it's not a social place where you hangout.

Just ignore them. Not stooping down to their level. Obviously have to focus on other people's lives as theirs is shit.
