ARK: Survival Evolved, an open world action-adventure survival game that leaves players in a remote land surrounded by danger, where they are free to build bases to survive as scavenge for supplies, create weapons to fend off humans and dinosaurs alike, and even, if they feel so inclined, to try and tame some prehistoric critters.

ARK was originally released on Steam through early access in the middle of 2015, later making its way over to the Xbox One platform at the end of 2015, and finally over to PlayStation 4 a year later at the end of 2016. Eventually the game exited from early access, and the finished product was released during the third quarter of 2017, but now it would seem that isn't all we will see from the prehistoric survival game as it has been confirmed that it will now be making its way on to the Nintendo Switch.

The developers, Studio Wildcard. today announced at the annual Game Developers Conference that ARK would be coming to Nintendo Switch this fall. They have also stated that the game would not skip out on any content present in the current game.
