If you say you have installed you could try opening it via you documents. All you have to do is go to documents, click where I click and then paste this text in and press enter.

Then I go onto Documents

Then Downloads:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I try open it from the downloads folder where it says 'Xbox360SDK_' etc, Just goes back to doing the setup.

Remove "C:\Users\rento\Downloads\"
You just need to type "Xbox 360 Neighborhood" as the path.
