Have a look in the Vantage Section you might be able to find a few game saves there, as, for online, I hardly see many people host mate. You can download the Vantage Tool here

For halo 3 and reach youl need to find a seller.

Halo 3 can give you exp and hs50 (personal rank not playlist rank)

Halo reach you can only do recoverys, and only do 200k credits a day as a cap. So no ones gonna give you 200k exp for max rank as you need 50 million

I can do Halo 3 50 Service record not play list. Sorry I don't know how to do the exp bit.
