Water helps me more than red bull and what not, tbf feel like energy drinks make me more sleepy and doesn't give me any energy no matter how many I drink.

I really wouldnt recommend energy drinks at all they are notorious for giving people kidney stones. Just stick to waater and some good sleep like the users above said.

I also work nights, depending on your age and body I can suggest a few things. If you have a bad heart then don't use anything like red bull or what I use which is pro plus. its pure caffeine. Coffee half way through your shift helps, and surprisingly fruit juices do help as well. If you can then try have your meal break AFTER halfway through your shift it makes your shift shorter and easier as Ive found food really does wake you up. Gfuel works but dont drink it all the time. Too much caffeine is bad for you and can mess you up. 4days before I started my job the manager for the night shift died because he was drinking 3 cans of monster a night along with pro plus. Died of a heart attack in his sleep so be careful

Sometimes when you are dehydrated you get tired and and some water can help with that. But I usually have espresso myself.

Don't forget to stay hydrated!

I do nights and have a Monster Energy Ultra most nights. No sugar so better than the standard ones.

If you have the money to spend. G-Fuel is pretty good, I drink it daily. Peach Tea and Cherry Limeade are my go to flavors.

Vitamin Water is also a good alternative. I'm a fan of the blueberry-pomegranate flavor.

Also, did you know Monster made water? I didnt before today.

Didnt GFuel recently almost get sued because it had cancer causing ingredients in it or something like that?
