These were leaked a moment ago, and people are saying that if Treyarch released them, they would need feed back from them to change them before CoD's release. These are most likely fan made, but have a look for your self. I like them personally and really hope they get featured in BO4.

Oh shit these are fresh, I hated all the recent badges, Black Ops & Black Ops 2 had the best prestige icons, I personally feel

I think they should remaster all the icons from BO1 and 2.

I personally don't think these are the emblems simply because of the quality of design > even going back to BO1, they had pretty devent designs. I don't particularly like any of them. But if they're them, I'll get over it ;)
