Hello, all. With the recent update, there's a skin that's handed out when you sign up for Twitch Prime. I've registered for Amazon Prime and I've gotten Twitch Prime registered as well; once I sign into Epic Games and go to link my Twitch, that works like a charm with no issue whatsoever. Once I try to link my Xbox Live account, this is what I'll get:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now, I have never created an Epic Games account and less tried to link my Xbox account to an Epic Games account. I am having NO issue linking my Twitch (which has the same e-mail as my Xbox account) but I'm having that issue with the Xbox account.

I've sent an e-mail to the Epic Games support staff but I don't see them answering any time soon. Just an FYI: I did not create an account for Epic Games when I started Fortnite for the first time. I'm just looking for a solution to this issue before I forget that I made an Amazon Prime subscription and forget to remove my card before being charged for a service I'll never use. Thanks for reading and help will be extremely appreciated.

Try contact epic games themselves as nobody has a solution right now, I understand you've already emailed them but they don't tend to reply to their emails, the customer services is kind of poor on their behalf.

The issue is currently caused on consoles more than PC.

So that Epic can investigate this, post here:

(More people that post the higher chance of epic games actually investigating it)

Or here (This thread is about the already known issue)

I've said before and I can verify this now, when you first come onto Fortnite it asks you to either sign up, login or say no thanks to an epic games account. When you click "no thanks" it says are you sure? Then states that you will not be able to link an epic account at a later stage.

This is the reason that you cannot link an account. It's an awful thing but I guess on their it probably auto generates a random account so that they are able to keep your stats etc in memory.
Contacting them might be a struggle at the moment because there was that vBucks glitch and a lot of people still haven't been refunded them so idk.
All you can do is wait I guess.

This isn't the issue, if you don't want to make an account then, you can still link it to your Xbox at a later date via their website, I created an account when I was promoted but still haven't got my twitch prime pack.

It's something to do with twitch and Epic Games not configured properly or missing important things for Xbox and PS4.

Have you connected your account with twitch prime? If not that's why you aren't seeing the issue

To those of you who have had the same problem as me, I found this answer (after searching for a bit on Google) on the Fortnite forums with a solution and it actually works and is simple:

I hope I've helped anybody with the same issue. Now, the issue is that I'm waiting for the loot to actually appear in-game... Lol.

I'm still waiting for my loot in game too. It says I've "acquired" it on the epic games website but haven't actually received it and it's been like this almost a week

Check out my post here:
Forums/t=7747462/how-to-get-twitc...ralia.html

Follow this guide, of course skipping a step that tells you to get Prime Video, get Amazon Prime < Normal >

If you want a better guide /w images let me know.

Well, it's been two days since I've solved the issue of linking my Xbox account (by creating an alias to use for linking to my Epic Games account) and I still haven't received my Twitch Prime loot. Any help?
