I'm actually really surprised you have not already heard about PayPal. To answer your question, yes PayPal is safe although you can still get scammed. If you send someone money as Friends/Family and they don't end up giving you whatever it was you were buying then 99% of the time you cant get your money back. So if you buy something from someone using PP make sure they are 100% trusted via the site you are buying it from or know the person or you have a pretty good chance of being scammed. Also, another thing I would like to mention if you have to be 18 years old to create a PP account. If you are under 18 yo then what I suggest is having your parents help you create a PayPal and then just linking your debit card/prepaid card to the account and use it that way. Yes its safe. Just watch out for scammers and if its a big transaction make another paypal account and send it to your second one and delete that account so the person cant charge back on thr transaction.

Yeah, had money leave my bank to an eBay company through Paypal one phone call they investigated and returned the money within a few days

its not that safe as you can get charged back, if you pay a trusted then its fine but remember who you sell to/buy from

It's safe. I haven't had many issues but when I have had a issue, it has been resolved and a happy result.

It's safe just obey their rules and TOS they have in place, if you're underage you can get limited & if you can't verify age etc you've lost any money in that account.
