I'm enjoying it a lot. It's got a different tone to Naruto with it being in the peaceful era for now and getting to see all the newer generations. Some of the arcs / enemies have been poor but I don't think its a bad anime. Too many people have been comparing it to Naruto.

I like Boruto, but it doesn't quite have the charm of the original series. That being said, it is it's own series with it's own story and it shouldn't be judged entirely on the original. I'm taking a break on it currently, I'll probably pick it back up after it's got enough episodes to binge for a while.

Do I enjoy Boruto? yes

Do I enjoy how Kishimoto ruined some of the character design? no

You're in a unique position of being someone who hasnt watched Naruto or Shippuden so you dont see Boruto's short comings in story development and character design and I envy you for that. I want Boruto to be better than it is but 40+ episodes in it doesn't seem to be changing too dramatically.

I mean cmon Hinata got old and not that cute anymore she used to be s-tier in Shippuden but no fun Kishimoto had to put a stop to that

I wont even get into the atrocity that is Anko

Gaara looks like he belongs to the National Socialism party

Kakashi hasn't really aged and Konohamaru is a jonin now tho so thats a +

I agree now the animes good building is up to the fighting arcs, where Boruto will fight

I live mostly borutos design, but I agree it could have more NAEUTO related fights or missions.

Ehh I dropped it around ep 20 i thought it was boring but giving it a chance naruto was a little boring at first im waiting till it's done to watch it
