I chew once in a while but my best advice for you is to start off with a brand with less nicotine.

Drinks lots of water.

Once you get used to the low-nicotine one, switch to a none tobacco one.

Chew gum too.

If you really can't get off it get the patches.

Eventually you will get sick of that **** in your gums..

I'm 21 and I used to dip cause I got huge head rushes as a kid. But the girls don't like it bro. Being honest. I have had girls call me out with pieces of tobacco in my teeth and gums.. Embarrassing as hell lol.. But if you want to keep your jaw I suggest you just try nicotine gum. I am not suggesting you this stuff. But maybe even a vape.

Try some nicotine gum.

If you continue to chew, it will hold you back in your development as a professional. Is chewing important enough to you that it could potentially impact if you get a job/raise in the future?

I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle too as I've always wanted 6 pack abs. I quit drinking soda (usually drank 2-3 a day) and have noticed a significant difference. My teeth look better, I feel healthier and I dont have to buy so much soda. I simply replaced it with water.

I hope you can find it in you to overcome this habit that could impact your health.

I would agree with the others and try vape, but if you've tried god knows what to say.

It's a really hard habit to get off. I would recommend chewing some of the herbal brands for awhile. I know some of them have Nicotine and no tobacco, and some have neither.

I would check out Hooch Herbal Snuff (No nicotine or Tobacco, and tastes good. The oral fixation is their too. I've tried the Wintergreen, Classic, Cinnamon, Cherry, and Mint)

ToughGuy Herbal - I just ordered a can of their Wintergreen blend and I've heard good things. I guess it has the same texture of tobacco, and tastes almost identical to their tobacco products.

Triumph Chew - Like Hooch these guys have both no tobacco no nicotine products, or you can get the flavors with small amounts of nicotine. I think the levels go, low, medium, max. I haven't tried this brand, but I've been told the mint is some of the best out there.

Grinds Coffee Pouches - These are really really good. They have different flavors (Cinnamon Roll, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Caramel, and Mocha.) And have no nicotine or tobacco but use caffeine as a substitute and it gives you a good buzz.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Vaping non stop. Don't listen to what anyone says about it.

Vaping and chewing gum works.
