Im looking for a save file with level 1000 999 million and all the HE cars including rare cars like the RX 7 and 94 silvia k's

i know it seems a lot to ask but i haven't been able to find the save so i was wondering if anyone could help me out ?

I've used this save a couple of times on different accounts. As far as I know, everything is maxed out and everything is unlocked.

Barn finds are locked, and only 11 cars are unlocked
